Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, restorative practice centered on deep floor postures held passively for several minutes to gently stress connective tissues, release deep-seated tension, and promote nervous system regulation. This meditative offering cultivates profound physical flexibility, mental clarity, and stillness as an essential pillar of your restorative wellness journey.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please meet your Wellness Ambassador in the lobby by the Wellness Meeting Point sign 10 minutes before your experience starts. This gives you a few quiet moments to settle in and prepare before we begin.

Yes. Advance booking is required for all wellness experiences. We recommend reserving your preferred activity ahead of time, as space is limited.

Not at all. Each experience is designed to welcome all levels, including complete beginners. You’ll be gently guided throughout and encouraged to participate in a way that feels comfortable for you.

Choose comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe with ease. For Morning Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Breathwork & Meditation, comfortable activewear is ideal. For Guided Forest Bathing, dress for the weather and wear comfortable footwear suitable for the outdoors.

Everything you need for the practice will be provided. Simply come in comfortable clothing and ready to enjoy the experience.

Dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes. Depending on the season, you may also want to bring an extra layer, sun protection, or light rain protection. A water bottle is recommended.

Outdoor experiences are weather dependent. If conditions are not suitable, the experience may be adjusted, relocated, or cancelled. Please check with the Front Desk for the latest information.

No. Forest Bathing is not a hike or fitness activity. It is a slow, mindful experience that combines gentle walking, moments of stillness, and sensory invitations to deepen your connection with the natural environment.

Please let your wellness instructor know before the experience if you have an injury, medical condition, are pregnant, or have any concerns about participating. You are always encouraged to listen to your body and choose what feels appropriate for you.

If you’d like to eat beforehand, a light meal or snack is recommended. For yoga and breathwork practices, avoiding a large meal immediately before your session can help you feel more comfortable.

For indoor experiences, simply let your instructor know if you need to leave early. During Guided Forest Bathing, we ask that guests remain with the group throughout the experience for comfort and safety.
