Please note that we have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the full cost of the booking will be charged. If you have any symptoms of COVID-19 within the above stated 48 hours, please contact the spa via phone or email to inform us that you are unwell. You will not be charged for any illness related cancellations when notifying us more than 4 hours before your appointment time.
With any treatment, you get full access to all our amenities including mountain view relaxation lounge, eucalyptus steam room and rooftop hot tubs.
Children under 13 are not permitted in the spa. Aged 13 to 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please call to book for guest under the age of 17.
If you are late for your appointment or anticipate that you will be late, please contact The Spa as soon as possible. In order for us to maintain health & safety protocols, as well as schedules, we may not be able to extend your appointment.
Pregnant guests of The Spa are encouraged to call to book so we can recommend the most suitable treatment for you.
The Spa at Nita Lake Lodge is proud to be accessible to all guests including guests with reduced mobility. Guests with special requirements are encouraged to advise us when making a booking so that we can accommodate accordingly.
To ensure your treatment is reimbursed by your extended healthcare provider please book a 'RMT Massage' treatment or 'RMT Pregnancy' if you are pregnant.
Free day parking is available in the Nita Lake Lodge underground parkade for Spa guests.
