Please note that we have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If less than 48 hours notice is given, the full cancellation cost will be charged.

With any treatment 45 minutes or longer, you receive full access to all our amenities, including the mountain-view relaxation lounge, eucalyptus steam room, barrel sauna, and rooftop hot tubs. You may check in up to 2 hours prior to your appointment and enjoy the facilities. For 6:15 pm appointments, check-in is available up to 3 hours in advance.

Guests must be 16 years or older to access the spa. Guests under 19 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. With the exception of Registered Massage Therapy treatments, all other treatments for guests under 19 must take place in a duo room with a parent or guardian present.

Pregnant guests are eligible to receive Registered Massage Therapy treatments only. It is the guest’s responsibility to determine whether any other spa treatments are appropriate during pregnancy. Guests are advised to consult with their physician prior to booking any services.

The Spa at Nita Lake Lodge is pleased to welcome guests with reduced mobility, with some limitations. Guests with specific accessibility needs are encouraged to inform us at the time of booking so we can make appropriate accommodations.

Complimentary day parking is available for spa guests in the Nita Lake Lodge underground parkade.
