Nestled on the glacier-fed Nita Lake, by the foot of Mt. Sproatt in Whistler, The Den Celebrates the wilderness around us. We create our seasonal dishes with local farm-to-table products, artisan meats + cheeses and our garden grown herbs + greens with a strong emphasis on plant-based alternatives.

Join us for a weekly rotating menu of culinary adventures from the mind and soul of Chef Derek Weerts. Each week’s innovative menu will highlight producers and products from our favorite growers and farms across BC, giving a journey of taste around the west coast shared equally across both protein and plant-based dishes.
