Guests are invited to check in from 4:00pm on their scheduled day of arrival. We have storage available and would be happy to hold your luggage while you explore Whistler! Check-out time from Nita Lake Lodge is 11:00am. Early check-ins & late check-outs are assessed on case-by-case basis and are dependent upon business levels. Late checkout must be requested, are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. If you would like to make a request, please speak with the Front Office team or dial ‘0’ from your in-room phone.

Every room at Nita Lake Lodge features a basalt gas fireplace, which is controlled at the flick of a switch.

Nita is home to a lakeside hot tub and plunge pool. These are free for guests to use during operational hours. Rooftop hot tubs are reserved exclusively for the use of spa guests.

Guests may use our canoes, kayaks and paddleboards to explore Nita Lake at no extra charge during the summer months. Please note our watercraft are available from May long weekend through to Thanksgiving weekend. Usually mid May to mid October.

Coin-operated washers and dryers are located on the parking level - change is available at the Front Desk. Soap and fabric softener are also available for $1 per box from the Front Desk.

The onsite gym at Nita Lake Lodge is available to hotel guests from 5:00 am - 9:00 pm, with limited occupancy. The gym features cardio machines as well as free weights.

Parking is offered to overnight guests at a competitive rate of $25 per night (plus taxes). Dining & spa guests park for free at Nita Lake Lodge.

We're pleased to provide complimentary commuter bike rental to guests of Nita Lake Lodge - perfect for exploring the Whistler Valley Trail!

EV (Tesla & Universal) charging stations are available at Nita Lake Lodge.

All One Bedroom Suites (both lake view, non-lake view and Nita Suites), Two Bedroom Suites (both lake view, non-lake view and Nita Suites) and, as well as our Rainforest Suite and Glade Suite, all guarantee private balconies or patios for you to enjoy while at the Lodge. Our Studio Suites however (both the lake view and non-lake view) do not guarantee a balcony or patio. We encourage you to place a request at the time of booking and our team will do their very best to accommodate your requests; we do kindly remind our guests that requests such as room features or specific room numbers are never guaranteed. However, to confirm this feature for your visit we recommend booking into the One Bedroom or Two Bedroom Suite categories (as above) to avoid disappointment.

We offer complimentary slopeside ski lockers for guest use (seasonal). To maintain the asthetic of the hotel, skis are not permitted to be stored in the guest room.

Nita Lake Lodge is pleased to provide complimentary snowshoe rental (seasonal) to hotel guests.

We're pleased to provide complimentary recreational equipment such as tennis rackets, basketballs and more (seasonal).

For the comfort of all guests, Nita Lake Lodge is a 100% smoke-free property, including guest room balconies. This includes tobacco, cigars, pipes, vapes, and marijuana.

Nita Lake Lodge is located in the peaceful Whistler neighbourhood of Creekside, which is 5km south of the main Village area. Creekside has a small village featuring shops, cafés and restaurants, including our own on-site dining and spa. Creekside village also has its own gondola station, which uploads Whistler Mountain during Winter.
