Wedding FAQs

Wedding couples are required to engage the services of a professional wedding planner or day-of coordinator to be onsite for the full duration of the event. Wedding planners must be industry professionals and may not be a guest attending the wedding.

Nita Lake Lodge's wedding dinner menus start at $99 per person.

An 18% taxable service charge applies to all food and beverages, calculated on pre-tax totals.

All food and beverage services must be provided by Nita Lake Lodge, and no other third party.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. daily. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. daily. 

Nita Lake Lodge does not permit anything to be nailed, posted or otherwise attached to the hotel walls. Only pre-authorized signage, promotional material, etc. will be allowed in any lobby areas. Decoration may not be hung from any of the Nita Lake Lodge’s chandeliers or light fixtures. Confetti and synthetic floral petals are not permitted on the premises. Exposed flames, such as unprotected candles, are also not permitted at Nita Lake Lodge as these pose a fire safety concern.

Any damage to event spaces which result in additional cleaning expenses will be charged back to the wedding couple. 

Communication of the above requirements to the couple’s Wedding Planner/Coordinator and guests is the responsibility of the wedding couple.

The countersigned contract will confirm the function space booking/s and guest room agreement. 

Deposit schedule
Upon acceptance of confirmed contract - 100% Function Space Rental + 5% GST.
60 days prior to wedding date - Minimum F&B Spend Figure for catering & beverages.
60 days prior to 1st guest arrival date - Room + tax plus accommodation taxes @ 16%.
30 days prior to wedding - Estimated F&B Spend Figure - catering & beverages.
72 hours prior to wedding date - Final deposit as per event order + taxes and service charges.
