Connecting Nita With Whistler Village

To make use of our complimentary shuttle, you may approach the vehicle if you see that it is outside the front of the hotel. Should it not be, please speak with a Bellperson in the lobby. Please remember that if you have an appointment or reservation time to make you need to be in the lobby and ready to leave at least 15 minutes ahead of time, just in case of traffic or other delays. When you are ready to return you may text or call the hotel once you are at the designated pick up/drop off zone at the gateway loop. A diligent protocol for the sanitization and management of the shuttle is in place for your peace of mind.

For the safety of all of our guests and employees, we will only be performing stayover service at a pre-determined time. This may be requested by you at the time of check-in. Any other items you may need throughout your stay may be requested for delivery to your room or collection from the front desk. Please do not hesitate to visit the front desk or call us by dialing '0' from your in-room phone.

lake toys & bicycles

We accept day-of reservations for our commuter bikes. Please reserve a time slot with the front desk. The bikes are available for 2 hours and we're pleased to provide helmets. NOTE: Canoes, kayaks and SUPs have now been stored away for the winter season. This is due to weather conditions, darker days, and the temperature of the lake - all of which play a factor in the availability of our lake toys.

plunge pool and hot tub

Our lakeside plunge pool and hot tub are free for guest use during operational hours. A diligent protocol is in place for the sanitization and management of this facility as well as limited capacity measures. If you would prefer, Nita Lake is great for a swim, and Alpha Lake is within 5-minutes walk. Or please ask at the front desk for directions to the local municipal pool. NOTE: As of June 22nd, the rooftop hot tubs are for the exclusive use of spa guests.

Self-parking is available in the Nita parkade at a rate of $20 per night plus applicable taxes. A parking permit will be issued to you at check-in and should be displayed in your vehicle. Guests of our spa or dining outlets enjoy complimentary parking - please see the front desk for a permit. NOTE: As part of our COVID-19 mitigation procedures, valet parking is currently not available.

guest laundry

We offer external dry cleaning and laundry service. You will find a form and bag located in your closet. Please complete
the form, place your items in the bag provided and drop it at the Front Desk. If you require a ‘same day service’ we will need to receive your laundry before 9:00 am. We will have it returned to you by 6:00 pm. Please note this service is available Monday through to Saturday. Laundry service is not available on Sundays.

To do your own laundry, coin-operated washers and dryers are located on the parking level - turn left out of the guest elevators. The cost is $2.50 per wash and $2.00 per dry. Only $1 and 25¢ coins are accepted; change is available at the Front Desk. Soap and fabric softener are also available for $1 per box from the Front Desk.

What time is check-in at Nita Lake Lodge? Guests are invited to check-in from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. We have storage available and would be happy to hold your luggage while you explore Whistler! Check-out time at Nita Lake Lodge is 11:00 am. Early check-ins/late check-outs are assessed on a case-by-case basis and primarily depend upon business levels. If you would like to make a request, please speak with the Front Office team or dial '0' from your in-room phone.
Does Nita Lake Lodge have a gym? The onsite fitness studio at Nita Lake Lodge is available to hotel guests from 5:00 am - 9:00 pm. The gym features cardio machines as well as free weights.
Do you provide ski storage? We offer complimentary slopeside ski lockers for guest use (seasonal). To maintain the esthetic of the hotel, skis are not permitted to be stored in the guest room.
Will my room have a fireplace? Every room at Nita Lake Lodge features a basalt gas fireplace, which is controlled at the flick of a switch.
How much is parking at Nita Lake Lodge? Parking is offered to overnight guests at a competitive rate of $20 per night (plus taxes). Dining & spa guests park for free at Nita Lake Lodge.
Can I rent snowshoes? Nita Lake Lodge is pleased to provide complimentary snowshoe rental (seasonal) to hotel guests.
Does Nita Lake Lodge have hot tubs? Nita is home to a lakeside hot tub and plunge pool. These are free for guests to use during operational hours. Rooftop hot tubs are reserved exclusively for the use of spa guests.
Can I rent a bike? We're pleased to provide complimentary commuter bike rental to guests of Nita Lake Lodge - perfect for exploring the Whistler Valley Trail!
Do you have sports equipment? We're pleased to provide complimentary recreational equipment such as tennis rackets, basketballs and more (seasonal).
Can I rent a canoe? Guests may use our canoes, kayaks and paddleboards to explore Nita Lake at no extra charge (seasonal - returning spring 2021).
Does Nita Lake Lodge have electric vehicle charging? EV (Tesla) charging stations are available at Nita Lake Lodge, which are complimentary for guest use.
What is Nita Lake Lodge's smoking policy? For the comfort of all guests, Nita Lake Lodge is a 100% smoke-free property, including guest room balconies. This includes tobacco, cigars, pipes, vapes, and marijuana.

Will my room at Nita Lake Lodge have a balcony? Most rooms at Nita Lake Lodge offer private, outside space in the form of a patio or balcony. This can be requested at the time of booking and we will make every effort to allocate rooms as best we can. Views from the room vary – the north side provides lake views, while rooms to the south enjoy Whistler Mountain views.
Is Nita Lake Lodge close to Whistler Village? Nita Lake Lodge is located in the peaceful Whistler neighbourhood of Creekside, which is 5km south of the main Village area. Creekside has a small village featuring shops and cafés as well as Whistler’s top 3 restaurants on Tripadvisor (RimRock, Red Door and Creekbread). Creekside also has its own gondola station, which uploads Whistler Mountain.
