Spa Etiquette
Please arrive 15-30 minutes before your treatment. We will provide you with a robe and slippers; however, you may wish to enjoy the luxury of wearing the robe provided for you from your room. We kindly request that guests speak softly to respect other guests visiting with us and that cell phones be turned off or left in the locker provided.
Please note that we have a 48 hour cancellation policy and require a credit card to hold the reservation.
We also remind you that your treatments are booked for a specific time period & may be shortened or cancelled due to lateness. Charges will apply.
Please inform our Spa Concierge when scheduling your appointment of any special needs, health concerns, diabetes or pregnancy. Guests under medical care may require a physician’s note to proceed with their treatment, as some conditions are contraindicated.
